ARR-001: Sonarr queue stuck on same episode?

1. Activity → Queue → check status message.
2. If download complete, check import error.
3. Verify qBittorrent category tv-sonarr.
4. Manual Import from Activity if path known.

ARR-002: Radarr says import failed — path not found?

1. Remote path mapping between qBittorrent and Radarr containers.
2. Download must finish in qBittorrent complete folder.
3. Check TrueNAS volume mounts align.
4. See qBittorrent-downloads FAQ.

ARR-003: No search results in Sonarr?

1. Check Prowlarr indexers healthy first.
2. Test search in Prowlarr for same release.
3. Verify Aither credentials in Prowlarr.
4. Indexers down = empty Sonarr results.

ARR-004: Radarr grabbed wrong movie (same title)?

1. Verify TMDB ID in Radarr matches intended film.
2. Remove wrong download; blocklist release if bad.
3. Search again with correct year.
4. Overseerr request should carry correct ID.

ARR-005: Quality profile not upgrading?

1. Upgrade allowed enabled in profile?
2. Custom format scores may block upgrade.
3. Higher quality must be in allowed list.
4. Wait for better release via RSS or search.

ARR-006: Sonarr missing entire season?

1. Series → Edit → seasons monitored?
2. Overseerr may have requested one season only.
3. Manual search season pack in Sonarr.
4. Check Prowlarr TV category caps.

ARR-007: Radarr collection missing films?

1. Add collection in Radarr or via Overseerr.
2. Monitor collection in Radarr.
3. Search all missing in collection.
4. Some obscure titles have no releases.

ARR-008: Lidarr not importing album?

1. Category music-lidarr in qBittorrent.
2. Music root folder matches Navidrome path.
3. Check Lidarr Activity import error.
4. Tagging may fail on messy folder names.

ARR-009: Download started but Sonarr still wanted?

1. Queue may show delay until 100%.
2. Check qBittorrent progress.
3. Stalled torrent — see QBT FAQ.
4. Sonarr polls on interval — wait minutes.

ARR-010: Cannot add root folder in Sonarr?

1. Path must exist inside container mount.
2. Use Linux path Sonarr sees, not A:/Media.
3. TrueNAS app config defines mount.
4. Permissions on dataset required.

ARR-011: Radarr rename on import not working?

1. Settings → Media Management → Rename enabled.
2. Check naming scheme tokens.
3. File must import successfully first.
4. Manual move breaks Radarr tracking.

ARR-012: Sonarr episode file has wrong name?

1. Refresh & Rename in Sonarr after fix.
2. Enable rename on import.
3. Do not hand-rename outside Sonarr without rescan.
4. Jellyfin picks up after Sonarr rename.

ARR-013: Activity shows warning unmapped files?

1. Manual import map file to episode.
2. Naming may not match Sonarr rules.
3. Check quality and release group in filename.
4. Import manually once then fix naming rules.

ARR-014: Radarr wanted list never grabs?

1. RSS sync enabled?
2. Indexer caps may limit hits.
3. Minimum availability settings.
4. Manual search to force grab.

ARR-015: Sonarr season pack imported wrong?

1. Check season folder structure Season 01.
2. Manual import if episodes mis-parsed.
3. Prefer season pack from trusted indexers.
4. Verify episode count matches.

ARR-016: Multiple versions of same episode?

1. Sonarr should keep one per quality profile.
2. Delete lower quality if upgrade done.
3. Rescan Jellyfin after cleanup.
4. Check upgrade history in Sonarr.

ARR-017: Radarr 4K and 1080p both downloading?

1. Separate quality profiles or delay profile.
2. Only one root per movie unless multi-edition.
3. Custom formats to prefer one.
4. Review quality profile order.

ARR-018: Lidarr artist not found on indexer?

1. Music metadata ID mismatch.
2. Try alternate artist name.
3. Manual grab from Aither to qBittorrent.
4. Private tracker may have it when public indexers do not.

ARR-019: Sonarr connection to qBittorrent failed?

1. Settings → Download Clients → Test.
2. Host is Docker service name or NAS IP.
3. Credentials in Vaultwarden.
4. qBittorrent Web UI must be reachable from Sonarr container.

ARR-020: Radarr connection to Prowlarr?

1. Apps → Applications in Prowlarr sync Radarr.
2. API key matches in both apps.
3. Sync indexers from Prowlarr.
4. Test in Radarr Settings → Indexers.

ARR-021: Overseerr sync not updating Sonarr?

1. Overseerr Settings → Sonarr connection test.
2. Default quality profile and root folder set.
3. Sync libraries in Overseerr.
4. Check Overseerr logs for API errors.

ARR-022: Sonarr deleted episode I still wanted?

1. Check unmonitor vs delete files setting.
2. Restore from ZFS snapshot if accidental — technical.
3. Re-request via Overseerr.
4. Review Sonarr root folder cleanup rules.

ARR-023: Radarr minimum availability too strict?

1. Settings → Media Management → Availability.
2. Announced vs In Cinemas vs Released.
3. Recent cinema releases may wait until web release.
4. Expected delay for new movies.

ARR-024: Free space warning during import?

1. TrueNAS pool nearly full — check disk space.
2. Pause downloads in qBittorrent.
3. Free space on pool before imports resume.
4. Imports fail silently when disk full.

ARR-025: Sonarr history shows import failed permissions?

1. Fix ACL on Shows dataset.
2. Sonarr container user needs write.
3. Same UID across apps preferred.
4. Test write from container shell — technical.

ARR-026: Radarr hardlink not working — copy instead?

1. Import and download on same filesystem.
2. Volume mounts must share pool path.
3. Copy uses double space temporarily.
4. Fix mounts for hardlink — arr-stack.md paths.

ARR-027: Lidarr missing tracks in album?

1. Incomplete download or import.
2. Check qBittorrent 100%.
3. Refresh album in Lidarr.
4. Navidrome scan after Lidarr fix.

ARR-028: Sonarr air date vs file date confusion?

1. Sorting uses metadata air date.
2. File order uses episode number.
3. Specials in S00.
4. Identify in Jellyfin if display wrong.

ARR-029: Radarr manual import where?

1. Activity → Queue → manual import icon.
2. Or Wanted → Manual Search → grab.
3. Point to file in complete folder.
4. Choose correct movie match.

ARR-030: Sonarr manual import where?

1. Activity → select episode → import.
2. Browse complete download folder.
3. Match episode numbers carefully.
4. Delete bad download after successful import.

ARR-031: Indexer search timeout in Radarr?

1. Prowlarr indexer slow or down.
2. Reduce concurrent searches.
3. Check PRW FAQ for indexer health.
4. Retry off-peak.

ARR-032: Sonarr repeats same failed download?

1. Blocklist release in Sonarr.
2. Try alternate indexer via Prowlarr.
3. Check if release actually exists.
4. Remove torrent from qBittorrent and search again.

ARR-033: Radarr Custom Formats confusing?

1. Advanced feature — scores pick releases.
2. Misconfigured CF can block all grabs.
3. Review Profiles → Quality → Custom Formats.
4. Disable CF temporarily to test.

ARR-034: Lidarr profile prefers FLAC but got MP3?

1. Quality profile order matters.
2. Release may be only MP3 on indexers.
3. Upgrade when FLAC appears.
4. Navidrome plays both.

ARR-035: Sonarr daily series vs standard?

1. Series type affects season numbering.
2. Anime daily uses absolute episode numbers.
3. Set series type correctly on add.
4. Wrong type breaks episode order.

ARR-036: Cannot reach sonarr.saxobroko.com?

1. Australia geo rule — must be in AU.
2. Check cloudflared tunnel.
3. LAN fallback: TrueNAS app port on 192.168.2.203.
4. Authentik login if prompted.

ARR-037: Cannot reach radarr.saxobroko.com?

1. Same as Sonarr — tunnel and geo.
2. Use LAN IP for admin on home network.
3. Credentials in Vaultwarden.
4. Not for casual family — Overseerr instead.

ARR-038: Arr apps after NAS reboot?

1. Wait 10 minutes for all containers.
2. Start order: Prowlarr, qBittorrent, Sonarr/Radarr/Lidarr.
3. Test download client connections.
4. Overseerr last — depends on *arr.

ARR-039: Backup Sonarr/Radarr config?

1. Config in app datasets on TrueNAS.
2. ZFS snapshot app dataset before major changes.
3. Export not required for daily use.
4. See backups-recovery FAQ.

ARR-040: Sonarr episode count mismatch TMDB?

1. Refresh series metadata in Sonarr.
2. TMDB updated episode list.
3. Search missing episodes manually.
4. Specials handling in Season 0.

ARR-041: Radarr movie file in downloads not moving?

1. Import failed — read Activity error.
2. Path mapping fix.
3. Category movies-radarr on torrent.
4. Manual import as stopgap.

ARR-042: Should I touch *arr when request pending?

1. Family: use Overseerr only.
2. Admin: monitor Activity, do not random-delete.
3. qBittorrent dont-touch guide for others.
