Pay Greenfleet (CarbonCover 365)
Saxon offsets carbon through Greenfleet — product CarbonCover 365. It replaced the old Ecologi subscription and is tax-deductible in Australia in Saxon's setup.

Before you start
- Open Vaultwarden → Greenfleet entry.
- Note website, email login, and which card pays the subscription.

Not car registration
Greenfleet is environmental offset, not government motor registration or CTP insurance.
Step-by-step — pay or confirm
1. Open Greenfleet
- Go to greenfleet.com.au or the URL in Vaultwarden.
- Click Log in / My account (wording on site).
2. Log in
- Enter email and password from Vaultwarden.
- If Greenfleet emails a login link, check Saxon's email inbox access (separate from this guide).
3. Check subscription status
- Open CarbonCover 365 or My subscriptions.
- Confirm:
- Active / paid through date
- Next billing date
- Amount (AUD — in vault notes)
4. If already paid / auto-renewing
- Verify payment method on file is still valid.
- Download tax receipt or invoice if available for accountant — store privately.
- Note renewal in calendar — add to Monthly money routine once a year or per billing cycle.
5. If payment is due or failed
- Click Pay, Renew, or Update billing.
- Enter or confirm card from Vaultwarden notes.
- Complete checkout.
- Save receipt PDF for tax records — not in SaxDocs git.
6. Cancel or change (only if intended)
- Use Greenfleet account settings or contact Greenfleet support via official site.
- Cancelling stops future tree planting charges — do not cancel by chargeback without reading terms.
Tax note (plain language)
Saxon switched from Ecologi partly for Australian tax treatment. Keep annual invoices for whoever files tax. This guide is not tax advice — ask an accountant.
