Log into MyState (app or website)

MyState is Saxon's home loan bank. The mortgage and the offset account (linked savings ~$31k) both live here.

This guide shows generic login steps. Usernames and passwords are in Vaultwarden only.

Before you start

  1. Open Vaultwarden and search for MyState.
  2. Note the username and password (copy with clipboard icons).
  3. Have Saxon's phone nearby if the bank sends SMS codes.
  4. Install the MyState Bank app from the official App Store / Google Play or use a web browser.

Check the website name

Use the URL saved in Vaultwarden — typically mystate.com.au. Type it yourself or use the vault link; do not trust random emails.

Option A — mobile app

1. Install and open

  1. On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Search MyState Bank — publisher should match MyState Bank Limited.
  3. Install and tap Open.

2. Log in

  1. Tap Log in or Sign in (not "Register" unless you are truly new — you are not).
  2. Enter Customer ID / username — paste from Vaultwarden.
  3. Enter Password — paste from Vaultwarden.
  4. Tap Log in.

3. Complete security check (if asked)

MyState may ask for:

  • SMS code — unlock Saxon's phone; type the code quickly.
  • Security question — answer may be in Vaultwarden notes.
  • App PIN or biometrics — set up on first success if the app asks; store PIN somewhere safe if you create one.

4. Find the offset balance

  1. On the home screen, look for Accounts.
  2. You should see Home loan and Offset (names may vary slightly).
  3. Tap the offset account to see balance and recent transactions.
  4. Tap the loan account to see mortgage balance and next repayment date.

Option B — website on a computer

1. Open the site

  1. Open a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  2. Go to mystate.com.au or the exact URL in Vaultwarden.
  3. Click Internet banking or Log in.

2. Enter credentials

  1. Type or paste username from Vaultwarden.
  2. Type or paste password from Vaultwarden.
  3. Click Log in.

3. Security step

  1. Complete SMS or token step if shown.
  2. You should reach the accounts dashboard.

4. Log out when done

On shared computers: click Log out and close the browser.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to try
Wrong password Copy again from Vaultwarden. Check Caps Lock. See Login troubleshooting.
No SMS code Phone off? No signal? Plan unpaid? Pay phone bill.
Account locked Wait or call MyState public support — number on official website footer.
Don't see offset account You may be on a profile that only shows one product — check account switcher or call bank.
Deceased estate Normal login may stop working after bank is notified — follow bank's bereavement process with death certificate.

Do not share screen with strangers

MyState sessions show balances and transfer screens. Only share with trusted family, lawyer, or bank staff on official calls you started.
