Pay Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime covers delivery perks, Prime Video, and other bundled benefits Saxon subscribed to.

Login and payment details are in Vaultwarden — search Amazon or Prime.

Before you start

  1. Open Vaultwarden.
  2. Open the Amazon / Prime entry — note:
  3. Amazon account email
  4. Password
  5. Renewal date and annual or monthly plan (in vault notes)
  6. Card used for Prime (last four digits in vault)

Step-by-step — pay or confirm renewal

1. Log into Amazon Australia

  1. Open amazon.com.au or the link in Vaultwarden.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter email and password from Vaultwarden.
  4. Complete any OTP sent to email or phone if Amazon asks.

2. Open Prime membership

  1. Hover or tap Account & Lists (website) or Account (app).
  2. Select Prime membership or Your Prime Membership.
  3. Read membership status:
  4. Active with future renewal date — good
  5. Payment problem — fix below
  6. Expired — renew if you still want Prime

3. If membership is active and paid

  1. Confirm renewal date matches vault notes (update vault if Saxon forgot).
  2. Confirm payment method is valid — card not expired.
  3. Done for this month/year.

4. If payment failed or renewal due

  1. Click Update payment method or Renew membership.
  2. Select or add card — details from secure handover / Vaultwarden, not SaxDocs.
  3. Confirm plan (monthly vs annual) before paying — annual is one lump sum.
  4. Save confirmation email if Amazon sends one.

5. If you want to cancel (optional)

  1. Same Prime membership page → Manage membershipCancel.
  2. Note cancellation may end at period end — you often keep Prime until the paid date ends.
  3. Update Vaultwarden note so family knows status.

Household use

Prime may share benefits in an Amazon Household. Other users may notice if you cancel — check with family before changing.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to try
Wrong password Copy from Vaultwarden; Amazon "forgot password" uses email OTP
Card declined Update card in Amazon wallet; check offset/Macquarie has funds
Charged wrong amount Price change on renewal — Amazon email usually warns; compare to vault note
Can't find Prime page Account → Memberships & subscriptions
