NAV-001: Song won't play in Navidrome app?
  1. Test same track in web UI at music.saxobroko.com.
  2. Verify login — Vaultwarden Navidrome creds.
  3. Client server URL exactly https://music.saxobroko.com
  4. Format may need transcode — wait a few seconds.
NAV-002: Album missing after Lidarr import?
  1. Confirm files on pool in Artist/Album structure.
  2. Navidrome admin → Scan all.
  3. Lidarr root must match Navidrome MusicFolder.
  4. Wait for scan to finish.
NAV-003: Ultrasonic cannot connect?
  1. Server URL https://music.saxobroko.com no trailing slash.
  2. Username password Navidrome not Jellyfin.
  3. Test on home Wi‑Fi first.
  4. Outside Australia blocked by geo.
NAV-004: Web player works app does not?
  1. Update client app.
  2. Re-enter server URL.
  3. Some clients need legacy auth mode off.
  4. Try play:Sub or Substreamer on iOS.
NAV-005: Music skips or stutters on cellular?
  1. Lower transcode bitrate in client if offered.
  2. FLAC transcodes on server — heavy.
  3. Switch to Wi‑Fi test.
  4. Australia required for remote access.
NAV-006: Navidrome login page loops?
  1. Separate from Jellyfin auth.
  2. Account must exist in Navidrome admin.
  3. Clear browser cookies.
  4. Authentik not in front unless added later.
NAV-007: Scan never picks up new folder?
  1. Manual Scan all in admin.
  2. Check MusicFolder path in TrueNAS app env.
  3. Files must be FLAC MP3 AAC etc.
  4. Folder naming Artist/Album/tracks.
NAV-008: Duplicate albums shown?
  1. Two folders same album different paths.
  2. Merge or remove duplicate on pool.
  3. Rescan.
  4. Lidarr should one folder per release.
NAV-009: Wrong album art?
  1. Tags in files drive art.
  2. Refresh album metadata.
  3. Embed art in files via Lidarr or manual.

NAV-010: Playlist empty on phone?
  1. Playlists sync per user account.
  2. Create in web UI logged same user.
  3. Client refresh library.
  4. Subsonic API compatible clients vary.
NAV-011: Cannot reach music.saxobroko.com?
  1. Tunnel and geo same as other hosts.
  2. LAN TrueNAS Navidrome port.

  1. Import finished in Lidarr Activity?

NAV-013: FLAC vs MP3 which plays where?
  1. Navidrome serves both.
  2. Old clients may transcode FLAC to MP3.
  3. Library quality from Lidarr profile.
  4. Direct play FLAC on good clients.
NAV-014: Volume low one album only?
  1. ReplayGain tags may affect.
  2. Source mastering not server.
  3. Compare web vs app.
  4. Not normalization bug if all tracks quiet.
NAV-015: Search finds artist no albums?
  1. Albums not scanned yet.
  2. Run scan.
  3. Lidarr may monitor artist without download complete.
  4. Check disk files exist.
NAV-016: Shared account for household?
  1. Create separate Navidrome users optional.
  2. Playlists per user.
  3. Same library all users typically.
  4. Admin creates users in Navidrome.
NAV-017: Android auto or car play?
  1. Depends on client — test Substreamer.

NAV-018: Navidrome after NAS reboot?
  1. Wait 10 min app start.
  2. Rescan if library empty temporarily.

NAV-019: Tracks out of order?
  1. Track number tags in files.
  2. Fix in Lidarr or tag editor.

  1. First scan indexes all.
  2. Subsequent faster.
  3. NAS CPU during scan.
  4. Wait off-peak full scan.
NAV-029: Delete album still visible?
  1. Rescan removes missing.
  2. Clear cache in client.
  3. Deleted from disk not just app.
  4. Lidarr unmonitor optional.
NAV-030: Manual add music without Lidarr?
  1. Copy to music library folder on pool.
  2. Artist/Album/track structure.
  3. Scan Navidrome.
