Request pending, approvals, and Jellyfin availability at request.saxobroko.com. Pipeline: Overseerr → Sonarr/Radarr → qBittorrent → Jellyfin. See arr-stack.md.

OVR-001: Request stuck on Pending forever?

1. Admin may need to approve — check Overseerr settings.
2. Auto-approve may be off for some users.
3. Sonarr/Radarr connection from Overseerr.
4. Wait 24h before re-requesting.

OVR-002: Request approved but nothing downloading?

1. Check Sonarr/Radarr received request.
2. Prowlarr indexers healthy.
3. qBittorrent running.
4. Search may find nothing for obscure titles.

OVR-003: Available in Overseerr but not Jellyfin?

1. Import and scan take time after download.
2. Wait 30 minutes; scan Jellyfin library.
3. Verify files on A:/Media.
4. See JFL FAQ if still missing.

OVR-004: Cannot find title in Overseerr search?

1. Try alternate spelling or original title.
2. Very new or obscure may missing from TMDB.
3. Not everything exists on indexers.
4. Manual admin add in Sonarr/Radarr if needed.

OVR-005: Requested wrong movie same name?

1. Cancel request if still pending.
2. Re-request correct year from search results.
3. Check poster and year before submit.
4. Admin removes wrong grab in Radarr.

OVR-006: TV request — only got one season?

1. You may have picked specific season.
2. Re-request additional seasons.
3. Overseerr shows per-season status.
4. Full series takes days.

OVR-007: 4K request when TV is 1080p only?

1. Default quality in Overseerr settings.
2. Pick 1080p unless sure 4K wanted.
3. 4K may not exist on indexers.
4. Radarr profile must allow 4K.

OVR-008: Who can approve requests?

1. Admin users in Overseerr.
2. Auto-approve rules per user tier.
3. Family accounts may be instant approve.
4. Check Users in Overseerr settings.

OVR-009: Overseerr login fails?

1. Authentik at auth.saxobroko.com first.
2. Credentials Vaultwarden.
3. Clear cookies.
4. Australia geo for request.saxobroko.com.

OVR-010: Duplicate request for same show?

1. Overseerr may block duplicate.
2. Check Requests list status.
3. Do not spam — one request enough.
4. Processing may already be underway.

OVR-011: Request shows Processing — how long?

1. Hours to days for TV seasons.
2. Movies often faster same day.
3. Indexer and swarm speed vary.
4. Check Sonarr/Radarr Activity if admin.

OVR-012: Cancelled request but still downloading?

1. Admin cancel in Sonarr/Radarr too.
2. Remove torrent in qBittorrent if unwanted.
3. Overseerr cancel does not always stop grab.
4. Coordinate admin cleanup.

OVR-013: Overseerr not loading?

1. Internet and tunnel check.
2. dash.saxobroko.com Overseerr tile.
3. Restart cloudflared guide.
4. LAN TrueNAS app on 203.

OVR-014: Jellyfin user cannot request?

1. Overseerr user linked to permissions.
2. Login same email as Authentik if configured.
3. Request permission enabled for user.
4. Admin invites user in Overseerr.

OVR-015: Notification when request ready?

1. Configure Discord/email in Overseerr if set up.
2. May not be configured — check manually.
3. Available status in Requests page.
4. Ask admin if notifications expected.

OVR-016: Request limit per user?

1. Quota in Overseerr settings optional.
2. Hit limit shows error.
3. Wait or ask admin.
4. Prevents queue spam.

OVR-017: Movie request went to Sonarr by mistake?

1. Should not happen — type in search.
2. Admin fix library target in Overseerr.
3. Remove wrong series in Sonarr.
4. Re-request as movie.

OVR-018: Season request partial availability?

1. Some episodes may fail individually.
2. Sonarr Activity per episode.
3. Re-search missing in Sonarr admin.
4. Overseerr may show partial.

OVR-019: Overseerr vs Sonarr directly?

1. Family uses Overseerr only.
2. Admin uses Sonarr/Radarr for fixes.
3. Do not give family Sonarr login.
4. Overseerr is friendly front door.

OVR-020: Blacklisted movie still requestable?

1. Blacklist in Radarr blocks grab.
2. Overseerr may still show — fails downstream.
3. Admin remove blacklist if intentional.
4. User sees failed after long wait.

OVR-021: Request quality profile mismatch?

1. Overseerr default profile per server.
2. Admin set defaults matching Radarr/Sonarr.
3. User picks at request if enabled.
4. 1080p default fine for most TVs.

OVR-022: Overseerr sync libraries empty?

1. Connect Jellyfin in Overseerr settings.
2. Sync libraries from Jellyfin.
3. Shows what already available.
4. Prevents duplicate requests.

OVR-023: Already in Jellyfin but Overseerr offers request?

1. Sync may be stale — run sync.
2. Jellyfin scan may lag.
3. Refresh Overseerr cache.
4. Cancel unnecessary request.

OVR-024: Overseerr after NAS reboot?

1. Wait for Sonarr/Radarr up.
2. Requests queue resumes.
3. Temporary errors normal 10 min.
4. Retry page refresh.

OVR-025: Child requested inappropriate title?

1. Admin deny in Overseerr.
2. Parental policy personal.
3. Remove from Sonarr if added.
4. User permissions restrict types optional.

OVR-026: Request failed status — why?

1. No release found on indexers.
2. Download failed or import failed.
3. Admin reads Sonarr/Radarr history.
4. Re-request later or different quality.

OVR-027: Multiple users same household?

1. Separate Overseerr users optional.
2. Shared Authentik accounts discouraged.
3. Track who requested what.
4. Admin sees requester name.

OVR-028: Overseerr mobile usable?

1. Web UI responsive in browser.
2. No separate app required.
3. Bookmark request.saxobroko.com.
4. Authentik login on mobile too.

OVR-029: Trending empty on homepage?

1. TMDB API or config issue.
2. Search still works.
3. Admin check Overseerr logs.
4. Cosmetic.

OVR-030: Issue type bug vs feature?

1. Use GitHub for Overseerr upstream.
2. Local config issue — admin checks connections.
3. This FAQ for homelab wiring.
4. Not Saxon's app code.

OVR-031: Radarr server offline in Overseerr?

1. Test Radarr URL and API key in settings.
2. radarr.saxobroko.com or internal hostname.
3. Restart Radarr container.
4. Re-save settings.

OVR-032: Sonarr server offline in Overseerr?

1. Same as Radarr for Sonarr.
2. sonarr.saxobroko.com.
3. API key from Sonarr General.
4. Connection test button.

OVR-033: Default server not set?

1. Admin pick default Sonarr/Radarr in Overseerr.
2. Users requests route there.
3. Required first-time setup.
4. One default each TV and movies.

OVR-034: Overseerr language wrong?

1. User profile language setting.
2. Browser language may override.
3. Does not affect grab quality.
4. UI preference only.

OVR-035: How to cancel my request?

1. Requests → your item → cancel if pending.
2. Processing may not cancel user-side.
3. Ask admin if stuck.
4. Do not touch qBittorrent.
