Golden rules
- Power order matters — modem/router first, then NAS, then PC. See Turn everything on.
- Never format disks on the NAS unless a technical person told you to. That is where all the media lives.

- Most homelab sites only work in Australia when you are away from home. That is intentional security, not a bug.
